MARRIOTT BONVOY DESTINATIONS “NUDGE” CAMPAIGN

The Marriott Bonvoy team asked us to develop a digital campaign to prompt interest and bookings for 28 key U.S. and Canada markets—from L.A. to Boston to Canada. The “A Little Nudge” campaign was created to connect emotionally with audiences by portraying and encouraging rewarding travel experiences. The campaign drove traffic to landing pages featuring participating properties in each destination..

A Little Nudge

Using slightly longer form two-part copy, our approach was to hold our audience’s attention to allow them to imagine themselves in the destination. This allowed us to directly communicate the key attractions and benefits of each experience, while connecting with the travelers’ mindset that they deserve this. That this is their time to go somewhere new, somewhere exciting, somewhere exhilarating.

Social Media Video

To adapt to the quick views and short attention spans of social media, we created a short video showcasing San Francisco that combined an evocative phrase with an immediate call-to-action to drive engagement. For Pinterest ads, we used a similar tactic, using visuals and copy that immediately pulls the viewer to the destination.
